You're not supposed to put detailed points values on dakka - you're allowed to do total points values for a squad though.
I think you've put too many points in landraiders.Whats going into the third raider? you've got two squads of termies, then you're down to cultists.
Thats nearly 700pts for 6 twin linked lascannons. I'd drop a landraider and use the points to get something like some plague marines for objective holding.
Other than that, I think the biggest thing you'd have to fear is when GW eventually changes the csm codex and nerfs the heldrake

However, firing ordinance at someone isn't nearly as threatening as firing ordnance at someone.
Ordinance is a local law, or bill, or other form of legislation.
Ordnance is high caliber explosives.
No 'I' in ordnance.
Don't drown the enemy in legislation, drown them in explosives. |

Try not to put up the individual prices of the upgrades, the mods probably won't be happy with it.

Sorry, I did a direct copy paste from battle scribe I will edit the post.
The termies deep strike and the cultists go in the landraiders.

I'd put the termies in the raiders (no problems with deep strike mishap then) - and you can charge turn two if you're in range. With deep strike it'll be at least turn 3 before you can charge and use your claws. Deep striking your teminators, you'd get to come in on a turn 2 or after (maybe not even arriving in the the same turn as each other) and you'd be suiciding your terminators - a lot of armies have the firepower to put down 5-10 terminators in 1 turn. You might get to kill a vehicle with shooting, but you'll die straight after imo. My record with eldar was 25 terminators in one shooting phase. But then, you have got three heldrakes in this list, so that probably makes it viable anyway

Why would you protect the cultists so much?
They're supposed to be cannon fodder.

They are the only troop choices in the list. Protection is key for late game objective delivery. Terminators cannot claim objectives so They are meant to come in, do some damage but ultimately be a sacrifice/distraction to protect landraiders/cultists. Heldrakes for bringing the pain and 3 landraiders should open up vehicles nicely.

Fair enough.

Just reserve them, put the third land raider away and put in a comms relay on an aegis line with a unit of oblits. Put the termies in the two remaining LRs. Turn 2 alpha strike, comms makes sure your drakes come in, and your cultists stay out.
If you want to go with the deepstrike termies, I'd just drop ANOTHER LR and put a third unit of termies in or drop the LR and a unit of cultists to put a unit of noise marines in to give some shooting support and a pretty resilient scoring unit.
