Subject: Tank Shock, do I get a cover save

The situation as objectively as I can set it out:
Old school Ork Trukk (One of the very low slung ones) with a ram bar is about 3 inches in front of an Aegis Defense line.
A unit of Tau Fire Warriors are behind the Aegis with no one closer than 3" to the Aegis walls.
I declare a tank shock on the Fire Warriors.
A Fire Warrior decides to Death or Glory and scores a penetrating hit.
Since the Aegis is between me and my target, would I get a cover save?
Just looking for an opinion.

Reread the rules for Death or Glory (Page number in the Index) it tells you this information.

The tank moves until it reaches base contact with an enemy. So the Aegis cannot be between them .

Even if the aegis was in between them, you wouldn't get a cover save, as you cannot be obscured from a tank shock.

Indeed, as Deathreaper has said, last sentence tells you about Cover Saves in the Death or Glory. And the Aegis Defense Line is not an enemy, it's terrain so it being betweenyou and something else doesn't matter.
