You are inside Woodroffe Mall. Trails of looted debris litter the floors and escalators. The doors to the street have been left wide open. Also here are 5407 (60HP), MrHappySocks (57HP), John singleton Mosby (50HP), Trebek's Mother (55HP), Unjor (60HP) and D2theMcV (59HP).

A portable generator has been set up here. It is running, and powering a radio transmitter that's currently set to 26.67 MHz.

Somebody has spraypainted hear the witch wind whine, see the dog star shine onto a wall.

Mall is full of harmanz. Most of them have brains.
