My god you're good. Very old school with the ship (before miniatures even), and very unusual at the same time. I salute you. Its a shame not to cast some of your work so others can pay you for copies… : )

This is simply stunning. Seriously. And I love your Vostroyans! With that level of craftsmanship I'm sure you'll win Gold this year, too. Good luck!

I'm surprised you're not sinking it into clear resin waves.

@Winterdyne
I realized that theres just couple of days for work. Filling it with clear resin have few problems which i dont have time to play
1. weight
2. layers of reisin (it should be 30-40 thin layers of resin)
3. time for harden
4. price

this way will be faster, also good looking and cheaper.

Im sure you'll be happy when ill end this

I found a pretty good resin that does layers up to around an inch thick - but yeah, you're pressed for time - I'm sure it'll look wonderful anyway, please do post what you do -I hate doing water effects, and would love some new tricks. :-)

With regard to a name plate - I wouldn't bother. I don't think either name helps to set the scene as it were.

Wow that is truly amazing, the extra phoenix flying along side just adds an extra feeling of movement to really help the idea that the ship is sailing.
