It isn't. The rod is only 5" long so the model won't be high enough off the table, and the Secret Weapon bases are all way too small to safely hold a model as big as a Tigershark. For this kind of thing you want the set from Dragonforge (
http://dragonforge.com/Painting%20service/for%20sale/sculpting_supplies.htm) with one of the large bases (probably at least the 155x200mm one). That will give you a 12" rod for proper elevation, and a base that is wide and heavy enough to keep a superheavy flyer from becoming an expensive pile of scrap resin.
Oh, and
IMO skip the socket part. Just drill a pin hole in the model at a good balance point and put a matching pin in the top of the rod, it looks much nicer without the ugly socket bit.
