This was made using 5th ed points so please do point out any point changes

Biggest issue you are going to have is popping armor. Only the dread and the
Tac. Missile can pen. armor, making the dread a prioirty target to go away. After that enemy transports are going to keep the one
tac squad from moving or be ignored the rest of the game. I would consider swapping the dread, captain and combat squad for Pedro, melta sternguard and a drop pod. Put
th eMelta were you needed it turn one, got a squad of scoring bolters already in the back field for line breaker, and Kantor is a solid
CC character.
Sniper scouts are good, but with IF
CT I think staying with the bolters and hvy bolter make a bit more sense at 600pts.
