Opps.. the lib shouldn't be there XD. Forgot to change them out. Remove the lib And add two rhinos. And give vet. Sgt. Too the tacs.
Also. The reason I am using missile devas is that in my mete, I usually face lots of 3+MCs 12 AV or hordes. They are cheap and perform rather well for me.

I would almost drop a single sternguard model, switch the two sternguard rhinos to pods, switch a tac squad to a pod, add more combi's to the units in pods
