HQ- Castellan Crowe - 150
Ordo Xenos Inquisitor with needle pistol, ML1 Divination, force sword, rad grenades, Ulumeanthi Plasma Syphon and 2x servo skulls - 96

Troops- Purifier Squad with 2x Force Halberds, Daemonhammer and 2x psycannons - 149
Purifier Squad with 2x Force Halberds, Daemonhammer and 2x psycannons - 149
Terminator Squad with 2x Force Halberds, 2x Daemonhammers, psycannon and Warding Stave - 245

Fast Attack- Stormraven Gunship with TL multimeltas, TL assault cannons, hurricane bolters and psybolt ammo - 255

Heavy Support- Nemesis Dreadknight with Nemesis Greatsword and heavy incinerator - 185
Nemesis Dreadknight with Nemesis Greatsword and heavy incinerator - 185

Fortification- Aegis Defence Line with Icarus lascannon - 85

So, I keep my Purifiers and Inquisitor (maybe Terminators) on table behind the Aegis. When my reserves come in, Crowe aims to kill enemy leader in challenge. My Dreadknights will take out any problems. I'll be facing CSM.
Thoughts?

Well, definitely not a bad list, but a bit light on models. Against Chaos it could work.

Well, that's a good thing, as CSM will be my main enemy with this army. Is there any way to perhaps get a few more men into this list?

More units... Well drop all upgrade but mastery lvl 1 (and force weapon included) from the inquisitor, and ally with the inquisition and take another inquisitor with mastery lvl 1 and force weapon for double prescience!

I would change the list why purifiers? why the halberds and demon hammers if your doing a gunline get more guns, up the squads to 10 man get psy ammo, 20 shots s5, put in a prmaris psyker and theyre re rolling behinde a cover with 24 inch range, take out the terminators again swap them for more purifiers go heavey on Psycannons and light on CC leave that to the monstorous dreadknights,

I second the above about more guns for the Purifiers. Also, your inquisitor is wayyy too expensive. Also, where are your henchmen! You have access to 12 point scoring units! Get some.

Lastly, NDKs need personal teleporters to work properly.

Rule #1 is Look Cool.

I took Purifiers because they're fluffy and seeing as I took Crowe, I may as well take advantage of scoring Purifiers. I took Terminators to residt any Heldrakes that come in, my Purifiers would be shredded my baleflamers. I can't have a primaries psyler, they are IG. I took CC weapons on the Purifiers in case of any combats with Terminators. I'd rather have them than psybolts, unless I can find points elsewhere.

I could drop the Syphon and maybe the rad grenades, but a little AP 2 firepower can help. I wasn't aware Henchmen were scoring, I didn't take Coteaz! Could you show me where regular Inquisitorial Henchmen are scoring? Teleporters amen my needed for the Dreadknights as they can DS with the Inquisitor's servo skulls. Teleporters are just too pricey.

It really depends on what type of CSM you fight. If they are demon heavy and CCW heavy you will stomp them out.

If they are running a competitive list you may be in for a harder fight.

For example, some CSM go mech and opt for double preds with Twinlink and sponsor las.

Also a Heldrake is gonna make it a difficult game.

But it does sound like you know your opponent well and therefore I will support this build!

Psykers are in the henchmen unit, which your inquisitor unlocks as troops

Only Coteaz makes henchmen troops. 5 man purifier squads with two psycannons shooting out of the fire points on a rhino behind an ADL is how I run them. They are protected from Heldrakes and small arms fire and the 4+ cover saves makes the rhinos last longer. When playing an elite army it is important to limit the damage they can take because at the end of the day they are just mArines toughness wise.

I'm pretty sure any inquisitor taken, makes the henchmen troops.

Henchmen are listed as elites and only one squad can be taken per Inquisitor but does not use a FOC slot. Bringing Coteaz allows you to bring them troops.

The grey kngith codex states:

For each Inquisitor in your army, you may also include a unit of 3-12 henchmen, chosen in any combination from those shown (all henchmen shown). So it works just like an honor guard (codex space maries)

Inquisitor Coteaz:

Inquisitorial henchmen warbands are TROOPS in an army that includes Inquisitor Coteaz and are not limeted by the number of Inquisitors in your army. So it states that in addition to being unlimeted they also can score.
