oh you guys and your icky metal...
I would think that some IG regiments (Krieg, vostroyan and suchlike) would blast out some classical whilst shelling stuff (The 1812 overture is a must for any IG regiment IMO)
Space Marines, especially Dark Angels and the more 'knightly' orders should sing hymns with chamber music, as I heard an amazingly creepy piece of 1400/1500 century music that suired them to a T
Necrons and Dark eldar should be either creepy stuff like Night on Bald mountain or Danse Macabre, but also industrial punk.
I've always thought Noise marines (and Slaanesh in general) either h4rdc0r3 dubstep or disco/funk. Orks are football songs, such as the age old classic "YOU'RE NOT SINGIN' ANY MORE!"

I think Noise Marines would enjoy most music that could be played loud, from filthy electro beats to hair metal. The same would probably apply to Dark Eldar, although they might be into a bit more Gothic elements.
Eldar would most likely have a more sorrowful/pensive choice in music, The Smiths, The Cure etc.
Khorne Berzerkers just have to be Metal. They can't be anything else in my mind.
Raining Blood... and Raining Men as that's the second option on youtube...
I think Tzeentch is hard to place, specifically Thousand Sons... well the ones that aren't dust anyway. I'd imagine a variety of Classic pieces, or epic Vangelis esque synth.
