The main "big block" would be Multicolored Space Marines ( so ~ 40k + X ). Look at the heads in my sig...
Closely followed by Imperial guard Mech ( ~ 5.000 pts Baneblade sized Tanks , plus another 5.000 + pts of Russes, some mechanized inf, Air Cav etc and Infantry of ~ 3.000 pts ).
A bunch of 'paralyzed' =I= and sisters ( no digital stuff here ) which may see the field if I can run them on "non-6th ed material" or "counts as" ( possibly 2.000 pts of 'disabled' models )....
Could ally Necrons to that ( ~ 2.000 pts ) and they may bring a T-vault along.

Own some Terrain too , so CoD or Sieges aren't impossible to supply. Haven't sorted out their cost since I got the latest 'expansion' recently and X-mas seemed more important than dreaming up lists...

Heh. We had a bring everything you have night at my FLGS a few months ago. Got to the point where people could not play because there were so many boxes of miniatures.

I counted out about 8,000 points of painted CSMs, without putting much effort into accounting for things like marks, unit upgrades, icons, etc. This was not my whole army, but the stuff I could fit on a hand truck without it breaking. It doesn't account for daemons I used to play with older armies, nor does it account for anything unpainted.

An estimate:

Eldar (fully painted) @ 10,000 points
Eldar (unpainted) add @ 2000 points

Tau @ 1000 points

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby.

I have been collecting Orks since 2008 and I have built up quite a collection. If I were to play Apocalypse with everything I have and appropriate upgrades I could play 10,000 points, about 7,000 without upgrades. How many points could you play?

I could play Eldar 10,000 pts, Blood Angels 10,000 pts, Necrons 5,000 pts, GK 5,000 pts, DE 3,000 pts, CSM 3,000 pts, Orks 2,500 pts.

I have a gaming room to house my 40K and Pathfinder stuff.

It has shelves on all the walls, and shallow crates for scenery under the 6x4 table in the middle. It also has a closet with shelves for further storage. If i ever get it organised i might free up a little more space...

Between my Orks and the Reaper kickstarter we got earlier in the year we are about out of space. We have another Reaper kickstarter coming this time next year too

A lot of my RT/2nd ed Orks are in a storage unit, along with a ton of other stuff, because i simply don't have the room to house them all at home. I dig them out once i a while to play like it's 1990 again

The Viletide: Daemons of Nurgle/Deathguard: 7400 pts
Disclples of the Dragon - Ad Mech - about 2000 pts
GSC - about 2000 Pts
Rhulic Mercs - um...many...
Circle Oroboros - 300 Pts or so
Menoth - 300+ pts
