R* Has said that they will remove all of the illegal money through the patch.

But i'm confused, what about the vehicles we bought with this illegal money, will they take them away as well?

And what about vehicles that were obtained in a legit way, but modified through LS Customs with the illegal money?

And what of Pegasus?

Would be pretty great if we could keep the vehicles. But even if we keep it, I can get 10 Z-Types, modify them through LSC, wait after the patch, I sell the Z-Types and get alot of money from that, but wouldn't that be considered illegal money?

No idea how they will do it. Anything you have bought with the illegal money may be at risk. Depends how far they want t go.

I've seen they disabled the ability to share money.

Thats a shame. Sharing cash after a job was fun.

That said I havent touched the game in months.

Some folks busted the code open, and basically started handing out millions/billions in cash in game, screwing over the in game economy. Rockstar is doing everything they can to try to stem the issue.

This particular e plot being one where you can sell your car and exit out to a certain menu retaining the cash you got for selling the car and the car itself.

That one was stopped long ago as far as I'm aware. Did that a few times with a car worth 100k.

It may have ben stopped now but people still have hundreds of millions worth of cash from it.

I am sure there are plenty of people who have straight up hacked the game too.

No, people got the hundreds of millions from the guys who hacked the system to get a job that paid out 2 billion a piece, and then went around sharing it.

I've gotten over a hundred million myself from people just handing out money before they stopped that.

You do realize this patch will take away your illegal money. Regardless if you were given it or not, but no punishment for the forced ones.

Might as well enjoy the fun while it lasts. Them exploiters actually did something nice without pissing everybody off.

I have spoken to people who have got hundreds of millions by using the car glitch.

So its not just hacking.

Then those are people possessed of an infinite patience to screw the game over. The process was anything but quick, and getting hundreds of millions from something paying out 100k a time, that would probably take weeks to pull off.

Is 100k the most you can sell a car for?,

The one I got, that was fully loaded, was worth about 107k when sold.

i am trying my best to spend as much as i can now before the billion i was given goes away, i already spent some on cars and car mods but now i have been spending it on weapons.

i dont know what i am going to do with 10,000 rounds of sniper ammo but i think i'll find a use for it.
