I have narrowed down to 4 army's I should do, and what type of army.
1) Daemons-Tezenetech-FMC
2)Chaos Space Marines-Red Corsairs
3)Tyranids-MC
4)Space Marines-Chapter will be decided by throwing, 3D6 and pick the the chapter of the Lexicanum, list of chapters.
I care about 4 things-Fun, Painting, Customising and Rules.

I would go Space Marines, in that case. Space Marines are very customizable even more so than their Chaos bretheren. They are easy to paint and easy to paint well. Their rules aren't bad but don't expect to autowin like certain other armies (*cough*Taudar*cough*). They can be fun to use depending on what you want out of them.

I would largely say Chaos based on fun, painting and customization. Loyal Marines have decent rules but are really generic, and you might get bored/tired of painting them while Chaos has extra bits and bobs you can add depending on your level of corruption. Red Corsairs would also allow you to paint models up with different Marine chapter colors to have a force that looks like it's a gang of raiders and bandits.
Tyranids have a new Codex so that might indicate more powerful rules and they have some very interesting models. I have no experience with Daemons.
When I was deciding an army I made a list of what I wanted in a playstyle and what I looked for in the visuals of an army; I discovered that I really didn't like how Space Marines looked from an assembly/painting point of view and after going through a few models I realized I would not enjoy collecting and painting them, so I went to decide on a different army.

If you are interested in fun and customizing choas or orks is the way to go.
The conversion and customization possibilities of those armies is staggering.

It's spelt "Tzeentch".
This one isn't too bad, but you'll need to be prepared for all the randomness.
You'll also have to really like the idea of evil incorporeal monstrosities, otherwise you'll get frustrated.

OP, based on the 4 you posted...I would suggest both Chaos and Daemons. Mainly because you can get the best of both worlds through allies. Chaos and Daemons go together and can be fluffy to boot.

Because your name is "CrusaderJim" I'd say you were meant for Black Templars.
Or Tzeentch Daemons. Also a good choice

I'd say that while Chaos has the disadvantages in tabletop, it is intresting in modelling, painting and fluff, and one of the funniest to play. With customized armies made by chaos gods and of course the Chaos Gift Table, they are a great army to play.

All four of your interests scream SW to me, Very customizable and fun to play with, with unique and interesting rules that give you a very fluffy feel (just dont be that guy)
Good marines chapter and if you do play templars, the play style is an easy transition between the two wolves end up being able to stand and shoot better.
Good luck either way with your choice hope to see what you end up with

It helps to know what the first army is when suggesting a second.
If, as others have guessed, you are a BT player I'd suggest NOT going for Red Corsairs or Loyalists. Neither force will give you much you don't already have in the way of gameplay, you'll just have a different shade of colour on your army. I'd suggest in this case Daemons or Tyranids as they will be very different from your BT.
Then again, you might not even play BT, in which case disregard everything except the first sentence.

Dam you guys can guess well, I do indeed play Black Templar. I did think of SW as they are good, but they aren't my type, fluff wise I they are ok but they are just like any other chapter, just with some add-ons. I do indeed like the looks of Chaos, there unpredictable like Orks (who I like except all there stupidity), they look great on the table top and seem like a challenge to win on the table top. Love the forge world models as well. I do love all the monster of Tyranids, they remind me of Alien which is my favourite Sci-Fi, they look awesome and are fun to play. They may not be the most unpredictable army, but they are still fun.
It looks like it's ether Chaos or Tyranids. Can someone give me the goods and the bass of both please.
A bit about my Black Templar, I have a 1500pt army with some cool guys and, my best thing is that I have a Dreadnought who protects my Emperors Champion, who is called Tim
Here's my Emperors Champion (sorry about the quality).
