Greetings everyone, long time lurker, first time poster.

Love this site, maybe you all can give me some helpful advice...
I started
40k at the beginning of 5th edition, and quickly built up a little speed freaks army from the Ork codex. I love my models, and love the list as well, but after a hiatus of a couple of years now am getting back into the hobby in the 6th edition and am finding it very challenging to adjust. I've played four games so far... two 1,850s against a
CSM and a
DA player, and two 750s against a
GK and a
SM bike list. In all but one game, I got tore up bad by shooting, and failed many a charge due to the random charge range. I haven't even gone up against any flyers yet, thank god they're not that common in my meta, but I really fear the day. I'm just still figuring out how 6th works, gameplay-wise... I can tell I made a lot of mistakes, especially in my 1,850 games, so I thought I'd come here for some help before playing again this week.
My question is, what adjustments should I make to bring my speed freak orks into 6th edition? Not only with regards to army list, but also to tactics... Here's my model collection, below. I don't really have too many extra models, as a result of me building this list specifically for 1,850 play under 5th edition.
