I love the teal on this model and I want to paint my models like this. Any idea how? I did a preshade with browns and menoth white, then I did a Badger Minitair Ghost Tint Plasma Fluid and it just... made my model look really ugly... wasn't even teal like it suggests. It wasn't even smooth flowing out of the airbrush. It had such good reviews and I had such high expectations for it :/ I had to mix green with it to get it to come out teal, otherwise it comes out blueish.

I would bet that base color is p3 Meredius Blue and the highlight is p3 Arcane Blue, or Meredius Blue with a bit of white added. The shade color looks to be p3 Sanguine Base with maybe some p3 Exile Blue or p3 Coal Black added in.

And no, there are no color equivalents for p3 paints.

I thought I would just update you on this, not sure if you are still looking, but I love this color so much as well I am going to use it, so I set out to replicate it. Here is what I came up with;

Base coat - 2 Parts Menoth White Highlight, 1 part Meredius Blue
1st Shade - Meredius Blue
Final Shade - Sanguine Base
Final Highlight - 4 Parts Menoth White HIghlight, 1 part Meredius Blue.
Primer - White

And here is what it looks like



I pulled the shadow up a bit further than I should have, but I think it still works.
