I'm assuming that you want this list to be competitive. Congratulations! Tzeentch is the most competitive god of the Chaos Daemons Codex and his lists are among the top 3 or so strongest armies in all of warhammer 40k in the current meta. Prepare to wreck face! The basic idea with his 2 competitive lists is to take the minimum amount of troops, and start them out in reserves to keep them off the board and when it comes time to claim objective, deep strike them in where needed. Also, with the exalted reward the portal glyph, if you place it strategically, you can spawn all the troops you need for just a 30 point investment. With all those extra points, you buy the most deadly and durable units in the game! List one, the screamer star: Fateweaver Herald of Tzeentch- disk of tzeentch, ML3, Grimoire of true names Herald of Tzeentch- disk of tzeentch, ML3 Herald of Tzeentch- disk of tzeentch, ML3 Herald of Tzeentch- disk of tzeentch, ML3 10 Pink Horrors 10 Pink Horrors 10 Pink Horrors 10 Pink Horrors 9 Screamers Daemon Prince- DoT, armor, wings, ML 2, exalted reward Daemon Prince- DoT, armor, wings, ML 2, greater reward The heralds all join the screamer unit as ICs, and the grimoire holder blesses the squad. All the heralds roll on divination. One is bound to get the 4++ save blessing. Combined with the grimoire and DoT rules, this gives the whole unit but the grimoire holder a 2++ re-rollable invuln save. INCREDIBLY BROKEN. Just make sure the grimore holder doesnt get killed. Keep in mind you have to roll a 3+ for the grimoire to work, otherwise it makes your save into a 5++ rerollable and your opponent will take the opportunity to strike you, but FEAR NOT! Fateweaver's staff of tomorrow will allow you to re-roll that failed roll and chances are you will get it the second time. The DP with the exalted reward takes the portal glyph List two, the flying circus: Fateweaver Be'Lakor 10 Pink Horrors 10 Pink Horrors 10 Pink Horrors 10 Pink Horrors Daemon Prince- DoT, armor, wings, ML 3, exalted reward grimoire Daemon Prince- DoT, armor, wings, ML 3, exalted reward portal glyph Daemon Prince- DoT, armor, wings, ML 3, greater reward This list basically capitalizes on the fact that flying monstrous creatures are the flavor of the month. 6th edition made them incredibly strong. From smash attacks that can kill AV14 vehicles even with ease, the durability and mobility that flying provides, and the all around high statline most have, they really dominate. Roll on biomancy for their magic to make them beefy as hell! Fateweavers re-roll in this list is focused on re-rolling grounding tests. A grounded FMC is a dead one, often times. Another good use of fateweavers reroll is the warpstorm table. Remember these are just templates. The details are argued about here and there.

Mono Tzeentch can be pretty deadly actually.
You run the 4 Heralds and attach them to the 9 Screamers. You give one Herald the Grimoir to give the squad +2 to its invul save (if you fail this you can use Kairos' power to reroll it once per turn) you then use a certain power on the Divnation table (can't remember the name) to give your squad a 4++ invul save. This then stacks with the Grimoir so the squad now has a 2++ save which is re-rollable thanks to Tzeentch Daemons re-rolling all saving throws of 1. You also use the Divination Primaris power so you can re-roll to hit and there are some other useful powers as well. Also roll once on the Tzeentch table for all of the Heralds so they have a shooting attack of some description.
Use Kairos and Be'lakor as annoying support psychic buffers just flying around. Be'lakor is a nice duelist as well so don't be afraid to take on the enemies beat stick.
Try this out.
HQ:
Kairos Fateweaver (Warlord) - 300
Herald of Tzeentch w/ Mastery Level 3, Disc of Tzeentch, Grimoir of True Names - 140
Herald of Tzeentch w/ Mastery Level 3, Disc of Tzeentch, Exalted Locus of Conjuration - 135
Herald of Tzeentch w/ Mastery Level 3, Disc of Tzeentch - 110
Herald of Tzeentch w/ Mastery Level 2, Disc of Tzeentch - 85
Troops:
10 Horrors - 90
10 Horrors - 90
Fast Attack:
9 Screamers - 225
CSM Allies:
HQ:
Be'lakor - 350
Troops:
10 Cultist - 50
Fast Attack:
Heldrake w/ Baleflamer - 170
This is called a Screamerstar and is one of the best builds going around at the moment in terms of competitiveness.
His warlord trait does that by default so you probably shouldn't waste his re-roll.

I believe the staff of tomorrow re-rolling the warpstorm table was due to Be'Lakor being in the C detachment, thus needing to be the warlord.

Oh yeah. That's why I usually like to pay the 50 point Cultist tax and take him in Allies.
