I have yet to try a pysker, they sort of scare me so bear with me if this is a noob question and answer.

Example: Tigerious gets 3 rolls on the psyker powers tables. I choose Divination for all three. I roll a 2, a 5 and a 6. I choose to take the 2, 5 and for the third I choose the primaris power. Now that gives him Forewarning (2),Perfect timing (4) and Prescience. Being a lvl 3 psyker, I can cast 3 powers a turn. I attach Tigerious to a Las cannon dev squad.

Can I cast Prescience on the las cannon squad AND the ML dev squad that is 8 inches away as well as Forewarning on Tigerious's unit?

Its a game, have fun. If you arent for some reason...find a new one.

You can only cast a single individual psychic power once a turn.

You can, however, cast several different ones if you have enough warp charges.

Ok. I thought I could only cast them once, but I figured I had better make sure. Thanks for the help.

You can only cast a power once per turn. So even if you have 3 warp charges, you can only cast Prescience once per turn (so one unit only).

While that is true, if Tiggy is your warlord you are garunteed the twin-linked warlord power, so turn 1 you could:

twin link all your tacticals with the tactical doctrine
prescience your lascannon squad
and then use your warlord power on the ML dev squad.

Sure it's only a turn of twin link but who cares? supppper nasty.

You also do not roll for powers that way...

You choose a discipline, roll once, choose to take it or the primaris power then repeat until you gave the correct number of powers.

Tigirius is the same except you can choose to reroll the result each time before defaulting to the primaris

Right, I choose to roll on Divination table. I roll a 2, I take it. again I choose div, a 5 i like that so thats 2 of his three, oh wait, three is div again....6, bah bad power, I will take the primaris...

Or
I choose divination for all three, I roll a 2, a 5 and a 6. I keep the 2 and 5 and trade 6 for primaris...

As for making Tiggy my warlord. I generally play imperial fists. So my bolt guns are poor mans twin linked always. It also allows my las and ml devs to put a hurt on fortifacations.

It's an important distinction though - selecting the primaris earlier in the process gives you less flexibility later in the process. This is why you do it 1 at a time

keep in mind if you play imp fists you can't take Tiggy. he's "ultramarines chap tactics only"

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

Yeah, it is an important one. I was originally to lazy to want to type out the whole process. I understand you do them one at a time. The idea had actually never occured to me to do them all at once...I thought the rules were one at a time lol

So many peoplei meet try and roll them all at once... Interestingly I find the tau players to be the worst with their now mandatory farseer addition...

In case I have two far seers (2x guide, 2x prescience) I can cover 4 units with To Hit reroll power, correct?
