He got seized on. Still a good lesson learned there that he acknowledges in the closing thoughts of the report.

Though it would have been overkill in this instance you should let your opponent know that Ravenwing Bikes have Hit and Run. Could have just left the combat with the Harpy and gunned it down.

I'm not surprised to see another Gaunt/gant filled list get stomped on.

Little gribblies just arent the way to go in this dex.

Maybe your right, bigger bugs might be the answer.

The reduced cost of virtually everything in the codex means you can do a little of both. Not like, 120 gaunts/gants or anything, but a mixture of monsters and about 60 little guys.

The problem is, while gaunts/gants are cheaper and swarmier than ever, it's just not fun to remove handfuls of your own models every shooting phase. The Tyranid player has to watch his cool, swarmy looking army disappear in chunks at a time without doing anything.

2 Tervigons and 2 broods of 30 gants is appropriate. Squeeze in a pair of Crones, 2 Carnifex or Mawlocs and a Flyrant. That's 7 MC's and 60 little bugs. If you go Mawlocs instead of Carnis, you can fit a Zoanthrope, Biovore, or Venomthrope too.
