They didnt come with any, but I have they ones from the Termagant set, would it be considered "Legal" for me to add them? They show up in my army builder, so thats where my confusion stems from.
Or are those built in?

You can give hormagaunts the poison (4+) special rule for +3ppm, if that's what you're asking.

Sekhmet - Dynasty 4000pts Greenwing - 2000pts Deathguard - 1500pts Daemons of Nurgle - 1000pts ~320pts

Well, look at the codex... whatever options the codex lets you take, you may put on our Hormagaunts, even if those options are not included in the box.

Games Workshop claims it is a hobby/model company first, and a game company second. Unfortunately, this does not apparently translate into producing products which contain all the options those models are supposed to be able to take in the game. Thus, if you have a method of showing a mutation or wargear on a model, and that model according to your codex may take said mutation or wargear, then you are completely allowed to model said mutation or wargear onto the model in question, so long as it does not substantially impact the profile of the model, i.e. does not stray into the terrain of modeling for advantage.

If it's an option in the codex for you to purchase them, yes, if it isn't, no.

I suspect from your post you don't yet have the codex, but I'm afraid asking for this sort of specific rules info isn't really allowed on the board.

Army builder =/= your codex. Build your army from your codex and it will answer most questions. Use army holder after to make an organized list.
