im thinking 3 because it gives me the most overall firepower. but this does leave me with 18 spare points.

Remeber that you do need each rune priest needs to have difrent Wargear from each other.

Yes, though a Wolf Tooth Necklace, Chooser of the Slain or Metla Bombs are also good choices.

chooser of the slain seems nice for stopping infiltration, but does it stop deep striking? if so I might go with that.

No, but it does improve you shooting.

terminator armor looks the best option because I can just stick him behind the adl and make him really hard to kill.
