Rather then have the techmarine manning the gun, I might take one of the tac squads and keep them on the ground. You have an even number of pods, so you can remove one and still have all three dreads hit first turn.
But if you are keeping a squad back to man the guns, you probably want something besides a tac squad. You could go with a dev squad for more shooting, or a scout squad for 2+ cover saves.
Your drop pod sergeants might want combis, and I might mix up their weapon loads. I can understand not taking the heavy weapon (I still like it for tradition’s sake) but I might run one flamer, and one plasma squad.

Okay thanks for the advice. The reason I put the techmarine back is because he is cheap, i did consider putting some scouts back there. I will think about everything you said, thanks.

I would drop the heavy flamer from one of these guys and run 2 as double heavy flamers .3 single BS4 meltas are sorta eh and the killing power of double heavy flamers vs nearly every backfield scoring unit will make this a vicious assault. Have fun burning away all their objective holders in one turn.

That actually sounds pretty awesome, thanks dude, I will look at tweaking some more.

It's super satisfying when you look at your opponent and you're like "Yup, that's 4 flamer templates. S 5, Ap4. Say goodbye." I run a pretty similar list, and that's my absolute favorite part.
