since this thread is winding down, I've started plans for the next survivor game, anyone interested? Ps. I will reveal the location/ plot at the end of this game. Hint: it involves necrons.

Remnants of a reconnaissance squad. As they're Alpha Legion, their Legio XX-plotmachines made sure their auspexes work, and they've got their own little encrypted vox network, with connection to a ship in orbit. The ship can't send in anything to pick them up as most dropships are destroyed and the others are used to pick up squads from the rest of the planet.
Alpharius and his buddies have got some speshiul information with them which needs to be delivered.

mine would. they are trained to recognise a variety of chaos iconography, so to better find those damned black legion.

Yes, you could get in the ship while the orks are distracted fighting the big stuff, or if they live to see the ship take off, they might get "saved" in the epilogue.

And Crazygit, could I take control of the ork mob, Just send them into the fight to keep the story going?
