Curse my youth in such a community but whats peoples favourite dance/dubstep/general "rave" song. I quite like "call me a spaceman" by hardwell

I went to a Rave once, IT was horrible. Never take a stuck up hyper religious guy to a rave.

The Prodigy are usually a good go to and get frequent replay.

I'm a bit too young to have experienced the actual rave scene, but I'm sure there are some old acid headed dakkanauts lurking.

I just listen to the fast music when I'm on my computer or going to work in the morning and want to get geared up for a long day

Sometimes, on a slow night at work, I enjoy the entire recording of the Alive tour by Daft Punk.

As a fan of House from around the time I was born, it's gotta be The Shamen.

The Kasrkin were just men. It made their actions all the more astonishing. Six white blurs, they fell upon the cultists, lasguns barking at close range. They wasted no shots. One shot, one kill. - Eisenhorn: Malleus

Oh man, my favorites in the trance scene are definitely:

System F and Armin Van Buuren - Exhale

Serge Devant and Garnett - The Gift of Life

Ferry Corsten - The Race (Extended Mix)

These songs are instant superhuman strength when I'm at the gym and they show up in the random rotation on my mp3 player.

I'm... I'm too old to go to a rave. I don't have any understanding or knowledge of/about dubstep or dance music...

Although, a friend made me watch that Daft Punk anime movie a few years back. I didn't hate it. Does that count?

Emperor's Eagles (undergoing Chapter reorganization)
Caledonian 95th (undergoing regimental reorganization)
Thousands Sons (undergoing Warband re--- wait, are any of my 40K armies playable?)

I never experienced the rave scene but definitely qualify for the 2nd category , I was however in favour of chilled out listening to exit planet dust by the chemical brothers, what a year that was

I can't stand clubs, way too antisocial. That said, it doesn't stop me from playing dance and metal music in my room really loud.

Here's 2 on the house. believe it or not I actually learned about the second band because I was in the same EVE Online corporation as the main member.

A friend of mine tried to watch that movie while blown out of his mind recently. He was freaking out the entire time. Strong paranoid high.

No wonder! That film is brilliant, but 90% of the stuff in there is the stuff of nightmares...

I'm fair - I hated all of the other stuff AND your electronic video game tunes.

Where's the \m/

Or even the rock?

Even MOR would do - I'm probably so MOR that I'm likely to get run over by a truck.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

It's Metal...AND Dubstep! I think this song was what got me into electronic music honestly.

Kraftwerk makes some excellent stuff.

Expo 2000 is one of my favorites. Very downtempo stuff, great to smoke trees to.
