I am not spoilering this, because this is something that needs to be seen by the stupidity infesting this thread.
No. Female Primarchs would not look remotely by the definition "attractive" in the least like the simply moronic assumptions by some in this thread, even posting awful looking rule 63 cliche anime bit. All of the female primarchs would be extremely muscular, just like their male versions, with the only exception being Fulgrim. I'll research means to punch people through the internet as a punishment for their stupidity if they seriously think a female version of Konrad Curze would be attractive at all, unless said person has a strange fetish for people that look like they're homeless and haven't had a shower in several decades with gore-caked clothing because their favorite pastime is skinning people alive and hanging their corpses form the nearest ceiling (Possibly eating some as well depend on how far you go with Night Lords being Vampires bit). Besides Fulgrim, they're not going to look at all similar to bad anime-style rule 63. Especially in the case of Guilliman- this is what female Guilliman would probably look like.
Only with bulkier muscles, especially in the arms.

Reading what you wrote, I thought of this character I had seen. I'm not sure if this pic violates dakka rules or not, since it's really weird, and involves bikini clad women of improbable sizes, so I spoilered it. However, I think the woman on the far left, holding up the Volkswagen one handed might be what you're thinking of.

The same guy did one of the blonde... albiet much.... smaller.... playing 40k. The asian girl in the background also appears with the blonde in one of a rather.... odd group of women playing Pathfinder.

Large and muscular does not necessarily equate ugly. One of the more interesting things about the sort of fantasy biology that 40k has is that shapes like the woman in the picture are not impossible for primarchs.

How would a Primarch look if they were made to be female? Well... that's not an easy question to answer. You have to make a lot of assumptions to come up with a real answer.
If you were to say that a Primarch would look the same regardless of gender assumes that 1)The Emperor wanted a masculine army, 2) The Emperor designed his progeny to look male and 3) The male and female mind are the same. This camp of thought has some merit since the difference between men and women aren't all that great if you were to put them in clothing that didn't emphasize their secondary sexual features. However, I disagree since the Primarchs were designed by the Big Emps himself. If he wanted them to be women I would think that he would at least make them recognizably so. The male body has more capability for strength than the female body does so... besides cosmetic differences, I don't see a real advantage to using female bodies.
On the other hand, to say that they would so female that you'd end up with large breasted beauties that are significantly different personality wise assumes 1) Women can still look attractive despite years of intensive training, 2) The Emperor wanted his military leaders to be gorgeous amazons, 3) He cared about the looks of his Primarchs and 4) Men and Women are mentally different. I don't have to much more to say than I have already about this camp.
So, what do I think female Primarchs would look like? I personally think they would be very beautiful but you wouldn't end up with "cheese cake" looking fighters. Remember, these are beings that were made in a lab they are going to be genetically superior. What we consider to be beauty in people are really just markers of good genes. On the other hand, the Emperor is making fighters not D&D minis.Skimpy armor is just not practical in any sense.
However... I could see them being dressed in skimpy armor. From what people tell me of the Primarchs their armor was largely decorative since they could survive a crap ton just based on their own bodies. It's not very likely at all but I could see it.

I think the actual answer is somewhere in the middle.
Assuming the science involved is not magical super science made of rainbows, fairy dust, and skulls, there most likely would have been female embryos produced during the process as well as males. Remember the the Emperor didn't actually fully understand the science himself, and would likely have hedged his bets.

Yeah, I guess that's true, but this assumes to what extent the Emperor didn't understand the science. I would assume the basic frame work would be simple... there we go again, making all these assumptions.
I think this is probably one of those things that we can't have a clear answer for besides opinion.
Also, for the "Daughters of the Primarch" thing... that's so stupid. What kind of daughter copies the exact mannerisms of her father? It's kind of creepy in a way.

Internet perverts the world over despair.
In terminator armor, I suspect that it would be hard to tell the difference between men and women. I don't remember where the heck I posted it, but I once altered the proportions of astartes Mk5 to fit a woman rather than a man. In all honesty, it had slightly different proportions. That was about it.

Yeah, but female Primarchs would look far more feminine than a marine in armor, as for the most part they are depicted as wearing very medieval-styled armor. But for instance The Lion as a female would still probably tower over most men, and have a look in her eyes that suggest she does not think the same way they do.
Or imagine Ferrus Manus as a woman. Yikes.
Maybe this could be Night Haunter, after some "civilizing".

AegisGrimm has the other part of this problem. 40k armor is very stylized and seems to emphasize the proportions of the people that intends to wear it. Sisters of Battle armor is exaggerated to be feminine and Space Marine armor is exaggerated to be masculine. So, I don't really buy the argument that you couldn't tell a woman if she was wearing Space Marine armor. This assumes that the design would be the same.

Most of the Primarchs didn't wear anything resembling power armor, so they would at least be noticeable as women. But as many of them are drawn as towering over a Space marine, they'd be scary as hell.

I agree on the first point, extremely so, disagree with the second, I say no, male marines themselves have massive pecs, I think the armor is spacious enough. And about the last point. No... Just no.

The creation of the primarchs was explicitly magical, considering the Emperor used the power of the warp to do so.

Yes, but the only source for this has it coming from Daemons and worshipers of the ruinous powers, so...
According to fluff not coming from the mouth of the warp, he took a samples of his own DNA, and used it to create a basic genetic template, then tried to add the characteristics he wanted, creating 20 basic gene lines. You'll never produce 20 perfect zygotes right off the bat, particularly given the rather extensive genetic alterations from even the base template, in order to ensure you get at least one viable embryo of each line. So, yes, you'd likely have female embryos, though the Emperor may not have allowed them to come to fruition, and probably would have had them sealed in stasis or otherwise preserved for future reference or potential need, if issues arose later in the life of the primarchs.
Working with partial material from the primarch project, the Inquisition and the AdMech caused the Cursed Founding later on, apparently trying to create new primarchs.

Point. However, if you take the helmet off, based on the artwork for the primarchs in the latest FW HH book, you're looking at 'normal' human faces and heads. (Not, interestingly, the faces and heads they'd have if they were doping HGH or steroids, so...)
