Of the Kaiju Big Battul genre Dr. Cube is certainly my favorite.

If only I lived in NY so I could attend all of these matches:

They used to travel a little bit - I got to see them once in Providence Rhode Island and it was a blast!

And yes , Dr. Cube was the best!

His 'Heel Rant" against the crowd was spectacular!

Ohh and note the pelvic cannon positioning. I wonder how much stuff like this was slipped in to children's tv.

Super Sentai isn't purely for children in Japan.

For example: there's a number of examples of Sentai members being Drunken Masters.

I don't know anything about Kaiju. It's one of a few aspects of Japanese Culture that I haven't gotten around to obsessing about.

I did watch a heck of a lot of dubbed Godzilla movies when I was a kid, but It was so long ago that I really can't remember anything but Rodan and Mothra, which may or may not have been in the same film. Some day I will watch a few of the obscure subbed movies.

I always though King Ghidora was pretty awesome. I mean, he shoots lightning out his mouths; doesn't get much cooler than that.

Ask yourself: have you rated a gallery image today?

Godzilla has always been my favorite.

But Ghidorah comes a close second. He's a classic and elegant design.

For me it's gotta be GIGAN!

My 3rd place is Mechagodzilla, all versions of him.

4th place is Space Godzilla.

Gigan is also a good choice.

Honorable mention goes to Ultraman and Biollante because she's from the Fukui prefecture where I lived.

A friend of mine had a toy of Mecha Ghidorah growing up. Always thought he looked cool.

No wargames these days, more DM/Painting.

I paint things occasionally. Some things you may even like!

I'm glad someone else likes Gigan other than me! I mean, he has a laser eye, and a buzzsaw on/in his belly! That's metal as feth!

Buhhh, I'll agree with that. That fight was pretty intense.

King of Monsters

I spent weeks worth of allowance money on that game in the arcade. It was so much fun and the Neo Geo arcade machines were so far ahead of the home systems at the time.
