We have too many technical issues, here (ignoring the social ones). The biggest is the whole "breeding with something completely alien", which is effectively the same as expecting to have babies with a tree. Then we have the most-probable lack of Space Marine genitalia, among other things that people have already mentioned, among which is the assumption that Eldar and human genitals are even remotely compatible in the physical sense, never mind genetic.

But what group doesn't care what you are, as long as you have biomass? What group can mess around with genetics so fundamentally that they can turn any native plant-like life form into a scary bio-machine to suit their own needs? And particularly, of this group, which of their bio-forms is known for messing around with the genetics of intelligent life?

I call Genestealer trickery.

Hehe...hehe...huh...
Holy crap, I didn't think about that. Genestealers do have that ability to overwhelm the minds of the breeders... Oh good lord. This actually seems highly plausible. So...good ol' Gabe gets knocked over by a genestealer, who overwhelms his mind, and then he goes and knocks up Macha, who gets taken control of as well. Hmm, I think I would probably die of irony. A messed up hybrid human/eldar with extreme amounts of genestealer DNA thrown in, quite probably having the classic multiple arm mutation of the first generations of hybrids. Ok...on one hand, the Tyranid part of me wants to laugh in glee and wonder if it would have access to the warp. The criminally insane Imperial xenobiologist side of me just wants to call dibs on dissecting it.

What to do?

Well, I was going more for a sort of "Genestealer implants Gabriel, Gabriel bites Macha, Macha gives birth to a monstrosity". And thus was born the Doom of Malan'tai.

EDIT: Of course, Genestealers haven't stolen any genes since 4th Edition, so...

Yep.

And if you beat DOW2 with the Blood Ravens, you find out he's reconstructed Iron Hands style into a half cybernetic bad-ass who takes over reigns as the new Chapter Master.

When I get deemed Extremis Diabolus, I am blaming you too. I got plenty of ideas that are so crazy and stupid, Kryptman wouldn't even have done them.

Now if you will excuse me, I have a genestealer cult to breed.

"There is a cancer eating at the Imperium. With each decade it advances deeper, leaving drained, dead worlds in its wake. This horror, this abomination, has thought and purpose that functions on an unimaginable, galactic scale and all we can do is try to stop the swarms of bioengineered monsters it unleashes upon us by instinct. We have given the horror a name to salve our fears; we call it the Tyranid race, but if is aware of us at all it must know us only as Prey."

Should they?

Yes, the non-dark Eldar and Imperium share common enemies, they have had peaceful contact and even trade on some occasions, they even look quite similar, and both can offer something the other needs. The Eldar and Imperium can ill afford to waste effort trying to kill each other when the galaxy is crumbling before the advance of the Tyranids, the march of Chaos, increasingly bigger Ork Waaaghs!, the return of the Necrons, and an endless parade of potent minor xenos popping up with a bad attitude.

Will they?

Barring Cegorach and the Emperor coming down and saying "yo, ya'll need to cut this out and get together because the gakstorm coming is real nasty dawgs" no.
