Have you tried Google? As I posted the other day when you asked about making cardboard Power Armor, there's a ton of tutorials and DIY videos and blogs on the internet.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.

You'll need a small scale nuclear reactor, a quarter ton of carbon nanotubing, a scuba rebreather, a nanotech engineering degree, and some Chobham armor stolen from Britain.

Try Deviantart or Tumblr, you can find some cosplay tips there if you need them.

Have you seen the gak they say Carbon nanotubes and Graphene can do?

It is the Emperor in molecular form. The chobham is just there because you need the plating to make it space marine power armor and not a Crysis Nanosuit.

... note that what you're trying to do is, by everyone's estimation, not exactly easy. The general vibe that I'm getting is that, if you start now, you should be done in time for the expo next year.

Not a chance you'll be done in a month. Sorry. :/
Maybe if you worked on it full-time, with no breaks on weekends?

I work a mere two minute stroll from the nearly-built Graphene research lab in Manchester.

I am excited by this, even though I have nothing to do with the research, the University or anything even remotely attached to the aforementioned.

"So, what exactly CAN graphene do?"

"YES".

Carbon is a mary sue element that leaves the rest of the periodic table to stew in jealousy.
