Unrelenting Rubric Terminator of Tzeentch

Ok so I'm looking to make a Daemons list that will give Tau, Eldar, 'Crons a run for their money, but as stated I just don't wanna use a Flying Circus to do it.
Here goes, let me know what you think:
HQ
Fateweaver
Herald of Tzeentch
--ML3, Disc, Locus of Conjuration, Exalted
Herald of Tzeentch
--ML3, Disc, Exalted
Herald of Khorne
--Juggernaut, Locus of Fury, Lesser
Troops
12x Pink Horrors
11x Pink Horrors
Fast Attack
7x Screamers
14x Hounds
13x Hounds
Heavy Support
Soul Grinder
DoN, Phlegm
All C&C encouraged! Thanks for the read.

No love for ze Daemons? I'm curious about dakka's thoughts on the lone Soul Grinder (ie only thing on the board with an AV).
I feel like there are enough other threats on the board to keep it alive for at least a couple of turns, but maybe not.

Yeah, it's a screamerstar/hound hybrid list. These aren't new, you'll do fine with it. The lone Soul Grinder isn't bad; especially since you've made him Nurgle. That way he can sit in the backfield (preferably with some cover) and guard your troops.

What about dropping the grinder for another Khorne Herald (they're just so dern killtastic!) and a another unit of horrors like so:
HQ
Fateweaver
Herald of Tzeentch
--ML3, Disc, Locus of Conjuration, Exalted
Herald of Tzeentch
--ML3, Disc, Exalted
Herald of Khorne
--Juggernaut, Locus of Fury, Lesser
Herald of Khorne
--Juggernaut, Locus of Fury, Lesser
Troops
11x Pink Horrors
11x Pink Horrors
10x Pink Horrors
Fast Attack
7x Screamers
12x Hounds
13x Hounds
For better or for worse? Played a 1500 pt tourney recently and the one Kh'erald I had really pulled his weight and more in pretty much every game so two can't be bad, yah? Or would the Grinder be better?
At this point I'd be tempted to swap out two units of Horrors for a blob of 20 Daemonettes to exert more of a follow up threat to the hounds and control space on the board, but then I'm risking offering up a scoring unit. Will require playtesting I suppose.

I'd want another Herald for the Screamerstar. The sologrinder is just giving melta and haywire something to do so I'd drop that to buff the star. Any spare points should go to more dogs.
There's some hard counters to this list so watch out for stuff that ignores invuns (i.e. destroyer weapons) and watch out for stuff that can shut down your powers (The Horror, Space Wolves) and stuff that forces perils (Sisters and Grey Knights). Otherwise it looks fairly strong. It is not the best deathstar out there but it is one of the most viable at 1500.

I have a question actually, why would you take the Herald of khorne??? He can only join with the hounds but if he does would he be better off with Karanak???

You're probably right, although I just don't really enjoy playing all out deathstars. This is more deathstar-lite with a good amount of support units.
At 1500 I did feel like I had to play the Screamers a little too conservatively for their cost due in part to not always rolling the right powers but also to spending the grimoire on the hounds to force some really hard target priority issues.
What's you're opinion one Daemonette blob and one unit of horrors VS 3 small units of Horrors? The herald has an AP2 weapon is the main reason. Karanak's collar is kinda cool for messing with other psykers, but beyond that he's pretty much just a really expensive hound.
