Looks like a fancy version of Mk2 or Mk3.

Looks kinda like MK2 but with the Corinthian plume (because he's an officer or Captain?). It has that weird curving nose/faceguard, but it doesn't look like the "knight" Mk3 faceguard.

I checked Lexicanum and zoomed in on that same picture that they have; it's definitely MkII with the captain's plume.

It looks more like a mk 4 helmet to me, but with artificer armour it is often hard to tell.

The rest of his armour is actually, um, quite blatantly Mk5 rather than Mk4, so use of an earlier helmet is far from unusual.
