Foot warriors are not the best idea as they die too easily. Also 3 bikes are not going to do much. I'd drop the bikes, drop 1 warrior and stick them in a Raider. Or split them into 2 5 man squads in venoms.

Ok. My knowledge of dark eldar is very small, so forgive me if I'm not good at lists. I also tried to base the army around a battle force and expand from there.

Ahh okay fair enough. Battleforce plus a venom would get you started.

It's not a bad list at 500 points. If you are trying to go without buying any new models, you might want to try something like this.
Archon: Shadow Field, Venom Blade, Splinter Pistol
Wyches (7)
Raider
This is your assault unit. The 2+ Invuln save makes your Archon really tough to kill in low point games.
Warriors (10) - Splinter Cannon
Holds an objective. Would probably be better with a 5 Man Squad in a Venom...but that can wait until you expand your force.
Reavers (3) - These are okay. They are good for objective contesting. I don't use them much, they are currently somewhat overpriced and don't count as troops. Even so, they are fun, and frequently worry opponents.

I second this. If you are building this list from the battleforce box, then this is how you want to go. DE is difficult at 500 points because you can't really build in redundant units to make up for when your glass hammer shatters. Just be ready to win big or loose quickly. For DE, there is no in between.

As said before, a very solid list from the battle force. Although you might want to break the Warriors into two groups of 5. But go with the Shadow Field, always. As my main person I play against plays DE, that wargear has saved him more times then I can count. Also if you can find the points the Huskblade is a nasty weapon, especially with the FAQ making it AP 2. Soul trap is also a nice add on. But if you're not careful you'll end up spending half your points the Archon, which can be pretty fun.

Just hope no-one brings a held rake, but otherwise looks fun.
