Pure Speculation of course.
If the rumors are true and force organization chart is "out the window" then how are tournaments going to be conducted?

You should wait a couple weeks, until there is a little more than a few vague paragraphs.

Because that was a brilliant way to encourage balanced gameplay, right?

Inventing "Unbound" FOCs.

I was more commenting on your saying "will not allow them". Where did thy get the idea that losing the FOC altogether was a good idea?

At this stage it'll be about as useful as speculating the flavor of a dyed food because of what color it is.

Can someone please post a meme or short vid of someone running around, hands in the air, screaming, "The sky is falling! The sky is FALLING!"

Wait and see. I can't imagine many people being fans of unbound, though. Can't wait for the first post of "THEY SPENT THE LAST TEN YEARS BALANCING ALL THE CODICES FOR NO FOC" or, worse, "ALL THE NEW STUFF IS BALANCED FOR NO FOC."

Who says it has to be usefull? Its entertaining. Same as watching tv or playing video games.
And its not entirely useless any ways. That white dwarf basically confirms that its true, so speculating about how things can be in 1-2 months can be (partially) usefull.

You can speculate freely about 7th edition in the RUMORS thread.

Please wait until the actual rules are released before starting a thread discussing how tournaments might handle those rules.

yakface's 40K rule #1: Although the rules allow you to use modeling to your advantage, how badly do you need to win your toy soldier games?
yakface's 40K rule #2: Friends don't let friends start a MEQ army.
yakface's 40K rule #3: Codex does not ALWAYS trump the rulebook, so please don't say that!
