Seems pretty powerful to me, Exulon will definitely be a nasty caster to face. 2" push on the feat and 2" telekenisis followed by up to 6 infludences is pretty damn good, you could easily smash an unwary caster with his own warrior. Rampager is nasty in general against hordes, but with FOC8 (so no need to boost) and tough, cheap arc nodes everywhere, I'd hate to run a beast heavy lists against him. He also has Sac Pawn, so his most glaring weakness (crappy defensive stats) won't be a problem for him most of the time. Then you have the Wrecker, 7pts for double beatback, reach and bloodbath? Nasty. Combine that with Exulons feat/telekenisis to open him up a path/get a good beatback target in position, and suddenly he's baller, able to threat up to 19" away. Decelaration and Psycho Surgery on Exulon also means that he has little to fear from being crippled at range as well. Overall, I'd love to see how it plays on the table, should be interesting...

My heart sank when I read selective on everything. No fun for fourstar.
I'm also really let down that they have this fun dominator UA to bring in other units and you only get one in the whole army.
I'll have more thoughts once these initial impressions wear off.

One small thing, shouldn't the Wreckers Attack be either POW 7 or P+S 18?

I have a sneaking suspicion that ET's theme will give a plus to FA on Dominators.

They still count as Mercs right?
this looks like a great 3rd list option for tournaments, to go with my Searforge and Bad Seeds lists.

Yes. They're Mercs that work for Cryx but have a rule limiting them to a certain Contract.

This is going to make for an amazing disruption / setup playstyle. Black Dragon or Cetrati brick? No problem, just use the feat to push them out of Shieldwall, and then Influence them into murdering their own allies. Or against a Runes of War brick, TK the Earthborn over the wall, and then Rampager them into running towards your lines and then showing their back to you.
I can't imagine running this contract less than two Wreckers, maybe three. Even unbuffed, they're still easily better than the Nomad at face-punching for just 1pt more. Buff them with the Agitator, and get E.T's free charges, and we're into colossal-crippling territory.
Croe's Cutthroats will finally be worth their points with TK--reliable Backstab + Poison will clean up most living things pretty handily. Or Alexia1 can recycle dead drudges into an annoying wave of fresh undead, and generate more disposable solos to shoot at hard enemy targets.
An interesting interaction I saw mentioned on the PP forums is that the Mindbender's drudge buff doesn't seem to be limited to his own unit. So buff a different unit, and the buffed drudges can still make a charge.

"The 75mm gun is firing. The 37mm gun is firing, but is traversed round the wrong way. The Browning is jammed. I am saying "Driver, advance." and the driver, who can't hear me, is reversing. And as I look over the top of the turret and see twelve enemy tanks fifty yards away, someone hands me a cheese sandwich." |

The glaring weaknesses of the list are obviously lack of a decent ranged game (pistol wraiths and a single dominated unit at best), combined with very crappy stats on drudges (there's a reason they aren't seen much in Cryx...), and a real problem with the actual Cephalyx being sniped out by various effects (sac pawn and deceleration does not help against a lot of things), leaving near useless units behind.
So, when combined with their obvious strengths (hordes of cheap tough troopers, movement telekenesis shenanigans, and very good melee with cheap meatslabs for "jacks"), it looks like they'll be very matchup dependant. They'll definitely make for an interesting game though!

They aren't used much by Cryx not because of their stats, they're not used by Cryx because Cryx has McThralls to do the same stuff cheaper and better. Also, Banes.

At first I was excited for Cephalyx, because Merc player, then I learned that beyond one unit that there was no overlap with my existing force, and how they're going to require a significant monetary investment just to field a single 50 point list for a single warcaster, and it just led me to being kind of bitter at the people that shoved Cephalyx in Merc players faces whenever we expressed disappointment at not getting a Warcaster in Vengeance. Glad for people that are happy with them, but unless I find an extremely good deal on the secondhand after the initial "new shiny" wears off, I think I will be sticking to current Merc army.
