Units with invisibility can only be targeted by shooting after they pass a range check. If the invisible unit did not move in its previous movement phase, then the range check is 2d6 inch's. If the invisible unit did move then it is 4d6 inch's.
If your roll on the d6 is shorter than the distance to the unit, you cannot target them with shooting or charges.

In the assault phase, a unit attacking an invisible unit is automatically considered to have failed a blind test againgst it.

I don't think invisibility needs any buffs.

Finally found my quote from a gym buddy born and raised in South Korea:
"It is the soldier, not the reporter who has given us the freedom of the press.
"It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us the freedom of speech.
"It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who gives us the freedom to demonstrate.
"It is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protester to burn the flag."

Its not a buff at all.

Now, assuming your in range, you fire at full BS at them.

And in assault you hit on 5's instead of 6's.

It also makes things at farther range invulnerable.
There's also the possibility that you roll 4 1s. And your guys get gutted by an invisible An'ggrath the unbound 4 inches away.
It seems too big of a nerf. And pretty complicated.
