I hope that one day, we get a Transformers movie just about Transformers.

But we did get a Transformers movie about Transformers. It came out in the 80s. They killed Optimus Prime in it and everything.

Fair play, I kind of walked into that one as soon as I posted.

Is it bad that I am slightly giddy about being close to comparable to Frazzled?

Soon you'll start daydreaming about Zombieapocalypses and find yourself oiling your chainsaw on the kitchen counter...er did I say too much?

-"Wait a minute.....who is that Frazz is talking to in the gallery? Hmmm something is going on here.....Oh.... it seems there is some dispute over video taping of some sort......Frazz is really upset now..........wait a minute......whats he go there.......is it? Can it be?....Frazz has just unleashed his hidden weiner dog from his mini bag, while quoting shakespeares "Let slip the dogs the war!!" GG

I am showing an increased interest in small tube-like dogs, though in my case it is corgis, not wiener dogs. Either I am in some kind of larval stage, or I am a mutant. That is the only explanation.

What do they mean when they say "a digital feature"? Is it not live-action?

Digital only eh...well, at least I won't have to spend 50 bucks going to see it in a theater that smells of urinal cakes and body odor.

My prediction is that this is gonna suck. Ridley Scott's made some good-to-great movies - Alien, Gladiator, Black Hawk Down - but all his recent work has been poor.

Ridley Scott's great movies have typically been when he's come on board after the concept and script have been fully fleshed out. He is as good as anyone at getting a script off the page and on to the screen.

The problem is that with that success he's often given too much power to change the script and the premise. Robin Hood is a famous example, and Prometheus is another.

Given Microsoft360 is basically just throwing piles of money at big name directors in the expectation that they'll automatically get quality that boosts their brands, I strongly suspect Scott is going to be given control of the project from concept, to script and then to shooting, and this film is going to blow.

“We may observe that the government in a civilized country is much more expensive than in a barbarous one; and when we say that one government is more expensive than another, it is the same as if we said that that one country is farther advanced in improvement than another. To say that the government is expensive and the people not oppressed is to say that the people are rich.”

Adam Smith, who must have been some kind of leftie or something.
