I hope we get to see some nice actual footage or something.
Hopefully the alpha footage that just looked like re-purposed Space Marine assests will look better for the release. I'd love if they took some non-standard approaches without having to fall back on the aesthetic of the kits. Kind of like what Age of Reckoning did. In saying that looking at the Alpha footage a lot of the scenery seems to be based on existing plastic terrain.
It would have been nice if they'd given us a more exciting trailer.

Make Necron Warriors a F2P option. I'd be so happy. I'd still spend money on it, though I don't know for what...Necrons aren't really upgradeable. Maybe by adding Necron Lords as a B2P option.
But alas, when it's released in the pretty-far-future, I'll just have a look at it but wait with spending any cent until I get Necrons.
Necrons in a MMOFPS? I'd gladly spend 20-50$ a month.

Anyway, this studio has no pedigree. They've been making shovelware (Doritos Crash Course... and Doritos Crash Course 2! ), so I'm waiting to see this thing in action from someone I trust (like TotalBiscuit) before even thinking about buying it.
Forgive the heresy here but this is the first I've heard of this game? What is it coming out for? And what style? Sorry my comp sucks and won't load the videos...

If you checked what's going on behind the scenes there's a large number of employee's that have been added to the studio that do have said pedigree.

And I hope that this is an example of a studio that makes crap to pay the bills, patiently building up enough of a reserve to make something they want rather than something they want to.
Still, they've made two Doritos-themed games, so they're the ones that have to prove themselves.

First sentence: that is exactly how they presented it themselves, they never tried to hide the fact that they made lot's of cashcows. What they did do is acquire a lot of the staff the worked on the secret world and a couple other MMO's.
As for the doritos games, doritos games actually aren't that bad when compared to other games made as advertisement.

A MMO centered around 40k? I'll play the Emo-marines just because. Here's hoping for drop pod assaults.
The current chapters you'd be able to play are Ultramarines, Dark Angels, Blood Angels, and Space Puppies with a fan selected 5th chapter to be selected later on.
Any word on whether or not another console 40K game is the works?

I'd love a sequel to Space Marine. It had its fair share of flaws, sure, but overall I thought it was a pretty sweet game. As far as Eternal Crusade goes, I guess I doubt it would happen, but I would rather like to play my beloved Dark Eldar. Interested to see how this game turns out.
Kingdom Death Fanatic. Dark Eldar: Kabal of the Fragile Breath. Dark Elves: Allegiance to the Black Crown. Also, Masons, Cygnar, and Legion of Everblight. All unnamed.

Holy gak that is an awesome username. Please tell me your army is called Kabal of the Fragile Breath. Morathi's Darkest Sin has some competition here for best handle, I think.

They say they will add the other races over time.
The only one that seemed to be in question was SoB- as I interpreted it they were a bit minor in popularity etc, but they -might- be included.

Actually they've mentioned that SoB would be included as well, they think their theme and 'faith' could make for some interesting mechanics.
Plus burning, everyone likes to flame things on the internet and all.
The only ones that are really in contention are Tyranids, who they say they could never really make faithful (Thus PVE for them)

From what I remember, they said it was hard to include them because everyone would butcher them to use the blood on their armor or something to that effect. I kind of lost interest after that.

Rrrright.
Though there's a few disappointing things like no cults or daemons for Chaos at start, I do hope they implement mutations.

As an example we won’t have the Sisters of Battle at launch. We love them, but the reason why they won’t be playable at launch is because it’s almost impossible to make the kind of power they have fit the lore and make it fun at the same time. They always end up being killed by their own team because their pure blood is useful to defeat demons. It’s very difficult to implement that kind of sacrifice in the gameplay and still make it fun to play as a character.

Yeah, that was just fething stupid of them to post, and we called them out on it rather quickly when the devs still posted here.

The people in the past who convinced themselves to do unspeakable things were no less human than you or I. They made their decisions; the only thing that prevents history from repeating itself is making different ones.
