From their appearance it seems like they don't . But this would significantly limit the wielder's capabilities.

They are generally stuck inside a shell.
But that doesn't really matter since the power fist isn't all that usable anyway as a manipulative device. It has massive digits and no sensation for the user. It is make to control the power field and allow for the hand to wrench chunks of hull or armor away as the field disrupts and destroys it.

Not really. He just craps in his armor.
And then eats it later.
No, seriously.

The Crimson Fists are so named because they forgot to remove the powerfists when fapping.

They don't have a wrist joint as such but they always look like they can rotate around the axis of the lower arm for some mobility.

It does make you wonder why they have digits- or at least such human like digits- instead of more claw like parts. The purpose of human hands is for complex manipulation and our hands have lots of delicate moving parts to fulfil that role (including the questioned wrist). Unless power fists are likewise intended for such work (dubious on ambidextrous marines at least) the finger assembly is vastly more complex than it needs to be.
And of course no device (especially one designed for the stress of combat) should have no more complexity than is required. Delicate, human style fingers are overly complex for grasping or crushing.

Right, they can roll, but they definitely can't yaw, and I've never seen a powerfist, model or image with a pitch joint.
A wrist joint would make them weaker, and give that they exist to punch through land raiders...

Because you still need to be able to reload the gun you're wielding on your other arm, which you can do with a power fist.

Could that not be achieved by grasping the weapon with the 'claw' (or whatever you have in place of multi segmented fingers) and reloading with your regular hand? Slower I grant you but I can't imagine a marine is as fast at reloading with power fist is much quicker.
Reminds me of the RT cover where the power fist marine has an energy weapon of some sort (redone as a plasma pistol for the 25th anniversary) powered off his backpack.

I guess the marine needs big fingers to grip onto the thick shaft of a mega weapon.
Termies use power fists a lot. It also gives them reach, Because when you're in termie armour you can't put your arms by your side due to the wide torso piece.
