Looking for a podcast to listen to while I paint. Preferably it would be something that talks about 40k. In a perfect world it would spend time talking about different codexes, strategies, and rules changes.
Any interesting podcast suggestion is welcome, though!
Thank you!!!!!

The Independent Characters is my favorite podcast out there: http://theindependentcharacters.com/blog/
The point of the show is to make you feel like you're part of their gaming group, so they talk about hobby progress, games played, thoughts on the game, and a central topic every episode. They don't do the typical boring codex overview stuff that a lot of podcasts do, and the hosts are always fun to listen to. Give their Show of Force episode on the Veterans of the Long War a listen:

I like listening to that kinda thing to while Im painting or even working, whats working for me at the moment is minwargaming.com and theyir video content ( also the vault stuff ) and youtube with Ichiban (sp) studio or joey berry chatting away in the background, some nice long videos on those sites and all about wargaming/painting too so every now and then you pick up a cool tip

https://soundcloud.com/kcoolman Not war hammer related but still pretty good. I've listened to these guys for years, they used to have a website called spill.com. But they lost it when the parent company cut back, but they are getting a new website up around the 4th of july.

There's the VoxCast podcast. I didn't like it so much, but after they finish ranting about something random for 40 minutes the do cover strategies and releases and stuff.
The youtube channel for The Vaults of Terra is very cool. the videos are short, but they do cover a lot of 40K lore.
Off the 40K side of things, Chain-Attack is exactly what you're looking for except it's for Warmachine.
I greatly enjoy listening to The D6 Generation. They review board and minis games. It's a topically varied show, but it relay helped broaden my gaming horizon. Their show is polished and runs so well that others look amateurish against them.
I enjoy the Knights of the Night podcast for RPG Actual Plays. They play a few different games and tell some amazing stories. All of the players seem to be in the prime of their RP days, telling fantastic stories in a mature way. Some have complained that their first season is a hard to hear sometimes, but it never bothered me. They bought a new mic soon enough anyways and it's been a steady climb to the top since then.
If you're into World of Darkness, the Darker Days podcast has played background to untold hours of painting for me in the past. they focus on both old and new world of darkness games. They do reviews, story teller advice, and news. It's an all around terrific place for Horror Storytelling.
