Polls for rules is a horrible idea. People vote without reading the logic or discussion at all.
HIYPI is 3+, but RAW it is clear that their is no answer.

Especially given it is an appallingly worded poll, as it does not say "RAW" or "HYWPI", so the only correct answer is the 3rd - it needs to be FAQ'd.

However if you dont want to create entirely new and entirely UNSUPPORTABLE rules, the ONLY answer is 3+ without a FAQ.
