realistically, like many here speculate, i'd probably just be a regular imperial citizen, probably working in some scholarly or manufacturing kind of occupation.

Considering the Imperium is also completely fine with those fish abhumans that spouted gills and I presume to look like deep ones or something like it, the idea the Imperium purges people for the slightest deviations is a bit unsupported. It's only when you get into the territories of Beast Men or Chaos taint that the hammer of wrath comes down.

I was thinking more along the lines of Chaos Taint (perhaps my favorite Black Crusade mutation for the dark gods alongside Tzeentchian chaos arm) so it was very much heretical. I was just having fun with the "as long as" part.

Besides that, as mentioned by Psi, certain planets would freak out even if it was just a simple mutation.

LIke most people, including everyone else in this thread, I would probably live a short, fairly miserable life in a hive city, doing menial labor and/or factory work.

I would want to be a Lord Commissar or a Veteran Sergeant because those dudes ******** get work done!
