This. Plus, C'tan don't run Necrons anymore, they're basically Necron slaves. And if they did get a supplement, it wouldn't be until after they get a new codex, which is awhile away, and it would probably center around a certain Dynasty, most likely Imotehk, since he's the most prominent Character in the codex. (Similar to why Abbadon and Ghazgull have their own supplements.)
Also, since my girlfriend loves Nurgle, I'd really love her to get a Death Guard supplement.
But all-in-all, all codexes being on the same level in the first place needs to happen.
