Wayland have been but they haven't had any of the new models since the Dragyri Fire Caste starter came out (including restocks).

Glad to see Dark Age getting some ink. I'm a big fan of skirmish games, and DA is definitely a good one.

I do have to admit that the aesthetics aren't entirely my thing, but I found enough models in a couple of factions to pique my interest. (go ice caste )

The other big detractor for me was the typos and other errors in the books. Let me know if you're hiring proofreaders, Mr Black.

Gameplay wise it's quite solid, the models are generally not a pain to put together (but some of them are), and the rules tend to be written well enough to avoid the kind of arguments that other game companies tend to start.

You might start a thread in News and Rumors Mr. Black- you'll get a lot more traffic and eyeballs up there. You could also piggy back on this thread, or just let them update it for you.

November releases are out.

So ive been interested in this for awhile. Not that I need another game...but I like any game that used a d20 (Infinity!) Also skirmish games are my favorite. Ill leave army games to 10mm (Dropzone)

I got some questions...

1. Where can I get it in the US. Weird question but Miniaturemarket doesent carry it for some reason :(

2. How does combat work. I looked through the rules but I lean better with clearer examples. How do I know if I hit, where does defense come into play. How is damage calculated? What does 2x2 mean in PW. I read it but totally confused

3. Is the site down? I got to the rulebook via a link, but when I went to look at stat cards, the page just loads forver and nothing comes up

Combat works in a pretty simple manner.

Take the AS value of your weapon. This is it's 'accuracy'. Higher is better for the attacker.
Take the DEF value of the enemy target. This is his 'ease to hit'. Higher is better for attacker, lower is better for defender.
Take any modifiers for range if making a ranged attack (-1 for every full 4 inches).

You'll get a target number. Roll equal to or under that target number, and then you hit. If you roll over, you miss.

To damage, check the PW of your attack, and then subtract that from the enemy's armor. When the target makes a save, if they roll under they block the damage. If they roll over, they take a damage.

2x2 and similar 'x2 or x3' multipliers simply mean this weapon makes them attempt multiple saves. But they only take a single point of damage if any of the multiple saves is failed.
