As to real stuff, I went way points heavy on the Lord and biker with the intention of keeping them in the heart of the enemy lines in the most immediate damage. On looking at it, I think mafia is right and I need to drop the p fist for another

ap melee option for the i inevitable challenge he'll be in.

brb out when I get home, but I thought you could run crimson slaughter but still take relics and war gear from the standard
csm codex so long as they weren't mixed together. If I can't do that, I'll have to drop the brand and the sigil and put in daemonheart which gives some great defense, but I'll lose my invuln save. I'd like to keep the brand for back line gun squad busting, but I'll start looking at other options. Maybe just a standard flamed somewhere i n the bike Corp.

You can keep the sigil as it is normal wargear, what you can't take is relics from the
CSM book, which is actually good cause the brand is a terrible choice specially on bikes, sure Ap3 flamer sounds great but its expensive for something that wounds
MEQs on 4's. Since 7th I've run my bikes without range weapons, due to the jink forcing you to snap on the next round of shooting if you get hit by stuff that can hurt your bikes it'll probably be low
AP and force you to jink making the brand useless and the meltas hitting on 6s. Usually champions shouldn't be so decked since being forced to accept challenges and having one wound isn't a good investment, I'd move that
LC to the lord so that he gets 5 attacks of either S4 AP3 or S8 AP2, he will be durable as hell with T6 and 4++ if you manage to put daemonheart on him he won't die at all.
Since 6th the use of
PF on champions has seen a drop again, due to challenges and the possibility of being struck and dead before reaching I1, however on a T6 model is ok, few things will be able to hurt him in challenge.
The rest of the list looks fine, maybe drop the havoc launchers for dirge casters, denying the overwatch against some armies is pure gold and great support for the bikers.
The power scourge isn't really that useful, you should leave the powerfist and put those points in something else, maybe blight grenades for the lord.
