With the total annihilation of everyone I guess they would have nothing to do but invade the eye of terror... probably causing a endless war inside they eyes with all the daemons vs the orks...
So the orks get eternal conflict and live happily ever after! Cause all orks want is a good fight! There would be no victory for any side just eternal war.
Unless Ghaz finds Mork and Gork and kills off the other chaos gods...
All hypothetical idk!

For the first couple of years, just madness, then as the war continues to grow, Gork and Mork will finally arrive and join the ork forces, killing off the Chaos gods, then as the orks kill the last of the chaos forces, the orks turn to fight the ork gods in a eternal war of never ending conflict.

Didn't they do this with Waaagh Tuska?
Orks can damage the Daemon Worlds and have done so but it doesn't seem like they can reproduce there.

Waaagh Tuska was a waaagh, not every ork in the galaxy.
Also, they didn't hang around the worlds to pick up any seeded orks. They came, they saw, they krumpt, they left.

I think that Imperium should organise an Ork-only free tour into the Eye of Terror. Something like the Bizantyne emperror did when ~ 90000 european peasants arrived in Constantinopole inspired for the Crusade (that was the first crusade). He just transported them to the asian lands where they got assaulted by muslims shortly after. Almost all of them got killed or enslaved.
Though, i bet that orkses are a better fight than medieval peasants. And they love a real fight.
