Title says it all. What is the cluster fire rule on the weapons? Where can I find the rules for it?

This is one Unit which makes me quiver, I will have one of them one day.
And now that we have a Lord of War slot... even with the experimental Rules it seems like the perfect time to include one in the army.

Except R'varna is only a Hvy, not a Lord of War. Only Tau Lords Of War I can think of would be Flyers: Orca, Manta, and Tiger Sharks.

I know it is, but my comment was meant to highlight that we have the perfect place for it now: As a Lord of War.

The R’varna is stamped with 'experimental' and 'not yet sanctioned' for a reason, it is not the final product. The Rules within are simply being tested and are likely to be adjusted before the datasheet is added 'officially.' Right now it has a problem which is usual for Experimental Rules, it simply is way to over-powered when compared to the equivalent models already found in 40k. This is not unusual as most experimental Units are designed to test a new concept that may or may not be fair or balance. The problem for the R'varna is that the equivalent model is the Rip-Tide, a model already known for being quite powerful even without weapons that multiple the number of Hit's generated. Having tested a few situations with proxies, it was a model that could single handily wipe out both horde, elite or vehicle based units in a single round of shooting.

It would be far to powerful to release in it's current format, where it will quickly become 'another way to add more Riptides to the Army, only these ones are 'anti-everything bar air.'
But if it was added to the game as a Lord of War then it would be further Restricted and the additional power boosts are justified.

there are some models with experimental rules that don't change much from experimental to authorized (thinking Siege Dreadnought). with that said, there is a R'Varna for sale on eBay right now (not by myself, so no conflict of interest (considering I'll likely bid on it myself)), check it out.

Keep in mind the R'varna has some blinding weaknesses. The most prominent is that it has 0 ability to deal with anything in the air. Having two large blast weapons causes it to be a ground targeter only.

I own one and have played it several times, it is amazing against light vehicles and MEQ units, but it gets chewed up by anything in the air, and using it's nova charge to fire both its guns twice in one turn renders it almost useless the next turn. I've found it's best use is against drop podding marines when it is equipped with an EWO.

Except with the nerf it has received it can no longer penetrate marine armor or fire interceptor. Please stop propagating false information about this model that people are going to overreact about :(

Oops! You are correct. Apparently battlescribe still has the old rules for it.
