I figure it would be as easy as painting Imperial Guard snipers to be vindicare assassins.. any ideas for the others? Maybe an IG sergeant with lightning claws for Eversor?

I am personally interested in taking a Vestroyan Sniper as the Vindicare:

And I really need to find another model for Culexus and Eversor.
Their current model is so damn ugly =(

I don't have a picture handy, but one of the display models at our FLGS is a Callidus conversion using a Howling Banshee body and some other model's head.

Howling Banshee.. I could see that being fantastic, and they come in packs of 5 for the price of 2 Callidus IIRC. If you can figure out what model head they used, that would be fantastic. Please PM me or post it here sometime.

I've already got some ideas for the Eversor for my knightworld guard. It involves some skaven techy bits, a big gun and probably some sort of really dangerous looking powerfist, or overly large chain weapon. As for the pose, I'm thinking "full steam ahead, lets get to the mauling" would accurately desicribe what I'm thinking

Vorradis 75th "Crimson Cavaliers" 8.7k

The enemies of Mankind may employ dark sciences or alien weapons beyond Humanity's ken, but such deviance comes to naught in the face of honest human intolerance back by a sufficient number of guns.

A grey knights player i have played with used a lot of parts from dark eldar wyches they actually looked pretty good.

I've got an old metal painted Eldar Ranger that is on one knee that I'll bring out of retirement. Only takes one model to ally into my Eldar army and the look will fit in with the rest of my army.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby.

Lost in a blizzard, somewhere near Toronto

My old Culexus conversion used the following bitz;

- Culexus Assassin head 2 + 'eye'. (the head where the back part of the animus sticks out at the back)
- Eldar Guardian torso
- Tomb King Settra the Imperishable legs
- 2nd edition plastic Eldar arm sprue
- grenade from the extra bitz from the Catachan Jungle Fighters set.
- an icon from one of the old Inquisitor character icon sprues. (one of Covenant's IIRC)

The worst part was drilling out the waist on Settra's legs so that I could slip the Guardian torso in. The only actual green stuffing was to add a bit to the hips, and to bulk out the model's new neck since the head had to be pinned in place thanks to the large back collar on the torso.

Overall he stands slightly taller than a regular Space Marine, while he towers over the poor Guardsmen!
He's posed looking slightly to his one side, with the near-side arm hanging loosely down, while his back-side arm is held up clutching on of his pysk-out grenades - very menacing I must say!

I always wanted to use a daemonhost as a counts as eversor. Have a radical inquisitor as the hq and a crazy killing machine just floating around

I used a WM/Hordes char i found at my local FLGS, and converted it with a spare Sniper Rifle i had laying about. Nothing earth shattering, but it works well for me.

I made a sniper from an Eldar Guardian.

With a putty cloak, Kroot rifle (with added scope and things to make it more steampunk) and an Auspex that I converted to be powered by a toxin sac.

Really like the pose of the second model.

I'm interested in a replacement of the Culexus, I was thinking of using the Dark Eldar Medusae with a head swap.

I personally am using a Sly Marbo model for my eversor. Much cooler model than the eversor and a valid GW model that I already have.
