Okay. A bit different from what I was thinking. Kinda fits into that same-ish roll as a Foxtrot.

If there are doing re-sculpts on the Foxtrots and Minutemen then it will be interesting to see if they changed the weapon load outs for them. If they were going to target a USAriadna box for Gencon with the possible contents being 3 Grunts (1 LGL?), 1 Minuteman (HMG or do they really want to ditch that crazy Panzerfaust / LSG model they are currently selling?), 1 Foxtrot (Boarding Shotgun?), 1 Hardcase (Tactical Bow + Rifle?).

It will be interesting to see what changes (if any) there are to the weapon load outs for the Minutemen and Foxtrot units.

Okay, before the discussion gets moved to the sub forum, I have to say, the prospect of new Corregidor units excites me. Hopefully we get some lineart for these new units soon.

... and I guess I'll have to buy more Intruders.

NM, no disrespect but sharing new profiles etc. is definitely news, and exactly why I hit the refresh on Dakka obsessively. Seems a shame to move that to a subforum.

Also: Does anyone know where i can get some good TMNT 28mm sculpts? Because those "Jaguars" are definitely going to be represented by ninja turtles in my vanilla Nomad force. Go ninja go ninja go!

I don't understand why so many people have such a problem using the forums dedicated to Infinity personally? But whatever Alpharius will come along at some point to rule one way or the other, if anyone cares for my opnions on all things N3 it will be in the Infinity forum for all to see.

I use the news thread because not many people use the sub forum. I'd much prefer to dicuss things there, where we can have separate discussions in separate topics and it's all nice and neat.

I understand, but as you can see the problem you just admitted. People use the new thread, because not a lot of activity goes on down in the sub, but because so many hide in the news no one posts down there. Its kind of a weird self fulfilling prophecy lol.

All I can do is of course suggest, I am not MOD I just want to see the Infinity community flourish here and the best way to do that is make the sub forums more active.

That's both surprising and disappointing.

Surprising in that they've given the Khanate three named characters, and disappointing that there's no generic female Kum. I guess we'll see bootleg Penny more often than I thought. They also seem fairly... bland? There doesn't seem to be much point in them being named characters other than to have them as named characters.

Well, my book is going out on Monday from Nevada. Seems my buddy, who lives on the other side of town, got his shipping notice from Warstore and expects his next Wednesday.

Same County, but he shipped today, I ship Monday. Boo.

Curious to find out what the Tactical Bow is like. Hopefully those aren't all the profiles for SAS. It's hard to justify them outside of playing Caledonia, since all the other skirmishers perform better for less. The only niche left for the SAS was an in-your-face turn 1 assault with the grenades, assault pistol and chain rifle.

Edit: Or was the assault pistol profile a Human Sphere thing?

There's a mistake in that profile, the second Twin has double Light Flamethrowers not double Light Shotguns.

The CRAP SAS is indeed a Human Sphere profile. :(

Tactical Bows are DAM=PH, DA ammo, +3/+0/-6 (8" each), Silent.

Silent = if you attack from outside LoF the target can't Change Facing unless they survive and nearby troops can't turn around either.

Also, don't underestimate CC20 + MA2 bonuses + Surprise Attack + a (Silent, Shock) Knife. Other Ariadna Skirmishers don't get to go around casually slitting the throats of anybody looking the wrong way...

I definitely want one. Even if the weapon itself won't be impressive I'll be fielding it just for the coolness factor

To what is this referring? Are knives getting the Silent trait? Making CC attacks from camo worth it now?

So anyone know whats going to happen to Paradiso and Human Sphere? Way back when Id heard that those books wouldnt be updated and instead would get errata'd/pdf'd (booooooo!), just wondering what the plan is for the other half of the units in the game.

Access to DA ammo? Finally! Any idea what the burst is on the Bow? I'm assuming just 1, but that still is a really nice option and should be easy to get into good range with an infiltrating camo marker. Do all bows have the Antimaterial sticky, or is that just certain loadouts?
