Based on my calculations, they appear to be 23pts with jump packs. This is based on the current wargear prices of all their upgrades (using Codex: Space Wolves as a reference), and assuming that the Sergeant is a +10pt upgrade. Also, I assumed that Inferno Pistols are +15pts to put them in line with Plasma Pistols.
Bottom-line: You can expect Death Company to be 18-20pts base in my estimation.

The dataslates for the Shield of Baal dudes has the DC in troops. Same for the DC Dread.

The Sanguinary Priest may be under HQ on the webstore, but that means there's still hope he could be a slotless unit. 1-3 priests for every HQ or whatever the mechanic might be.

The new Terminator Librarian comes with two different right hands, a combi-melta one and a pointing finger one. In his left hand he carries a force axe
No new Assault Marines, no new Dreadnought. Sternguard and Vanguards are built from the SM kit
The Painting Guide ibook shows the new terminators in full glory. Except for the poses they are as good as the Space Hulk ones. The storm shields look great

Yes, Kanluwen, no connection to the leg. There is also a wire going up to the shoulder pad but you can easily remove it too. I can only guess but it looks like these parts won't be connected on the sprue

So is there any hint if the new Terminator box is a dual-kit with this rumoured DC version, or was that a load of rubbish afterall?
Bit disappointed that all the new termies seem to be in very similar squatting "come at me bro!" poses, ah well, back to clumsily reposing existing legs :(

Yep though I doubt it's really an issue since a dread is S6 without a ccw and fists/claws are x2 Strength.
