Are you planning on Deep Striking any of your Assault squads?
Rather than transporting your second Tactical squad in the Stormraven, I would give them a Drop Pod with a Locator Beacon. You can perform a Scout move with one squad, while your Drop Pod can land and provide the Assault squads with no scatter.
I was actually thinking about drop podding, but it goes over my point limit. I would also like the Stormraven to carry something.

tac squad inside. Use the locator beacon to deep strike the assault squad and Stormraven behind enemy lines. Then they have to deal with assault squads , terminators, a Stormraven and a
tac squad at the back and 2
