Rudy
For the Love of the Game... when he starts to realize what's going on on the field.
Towards the end of Saving Private Ryan, when the Old Man "Ryan" collapses at the tombstone of the man who saved his life. Used to be this movie did nothing of the sort, but now that I've been downrange a couple times, and lost brothers, this scene, and scenes like it in many movies really bring up the dust storms.

Tear jerkers? Not really a crying sort of dude, but this scene get's me every time. Embodies the essence of what all heroes are and what they're willing to give:

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

Scrubs is just full of tearjerkers for me. One of my favourite shows, and great because I could watch it with my family members who are doctors without them throwing stuff at the TV constantly. Avatar and OP had some of the greatest hits, funeral especially. "Where do you think we are?" Instant tear in the corner.

When Samantha (the dog) died in I Am Legend. That movie was awful, and stupid, and managed to capture literally everything but the point of the book. I kind of couldn't wait for Will Smith to die at that point. I was just done; my caring had ceased to be.
In film:
The end of ROTK is pretty damn sad, as Frodo leaves for the Undying Lands
In TV:
The 10th Doctor's regeneration
In books:
The end of The Amber Spyglass
And on a related note, there is one sound that, no matter where I am or what I'm doing when I hear it, literally sends shivers down my spine:
EXTERMINATE!

Bit different from the other replies, but for me is the final scene of Red vs Blue Season 10.
Spoiler:
The Director removes his glasses and looks Carolina (and the viewer) right in the eye. You can see from that scene he's not the murderous war-criminal he's been made out to be, just a man who was willing to do anything to get his true love back, eventually tearing him up inside during the progress.

My internet is too slow to look up clips at the moment, but the first two scenes that came to mind were:
Shawshank Redemption - Just before/as the credits roll.
Dead Mans Shoes - The opening scene, with the video recordings of when Richard and Anthony were babies/kids.
And as been said, Disney/Pixar films have more than enough to go around. The Hunchback of Notre Dame makes my eyes run a little, because how fething awesome Captain Phoebus and the gypsies are.

I am not going to link the vid direct as it is pretty graphic.
Its a tribute to all the Formula 1 drivers that lost their life doing the sport that they loved. I pray the Jules makes it through and is not added to the list :(
If we are including non-fiction then I have to throw "Senna" out there.
I loved watching Formula One growing up and I was 12 when I watched Senna die in his final race. Of course this was pre-internet, so we didn't "know" that he was dead yet. But I remember the race, the crash, watching them getting him out of the car and racing him to the helicopter, praying that night before I went to sleep that he would be okay.
When that documentary came out I went to see it with my wife and I warned her that I would probably be tearing up a bit since I remember watching all this when it happened and that the emotions that I felt when I was 12 would probably come back to me.
Then the movie started and the very first thing is an interview with his parents and his mom saying "I just pray for God to protect him, that's more important than any title". So one minute in the movie I tear up and think "feth, so that's how this movie is going to be..."
It's on Netflix, highly recommend it to any racing fan.

The only movie I could really remember was a scene in "The Ron Clark Story" where the main character finds a kid that's getting beat by his step father cowering in an alley by his apartment complex.
Since we've had our daughter, pretty much anything even remotely sappy involving kids does.
I'll apologize for this one in advance:
I actually can't even watch it now. I got emotional literally 5 seconds in.

I think it was Seeing all his friends that got me. It just kinda sad and somber. One day, even if they are not dead, you look back and think of your friends
