I just started using the new sonic dread (great in most games) .

Rules state if it does not move it may fire its sonic weapons twice.

Say the dread gets charged. It fires overwatch, does that mean since it did not move during my turn it will fire all its sonic weapons twice in overwatch?

No.
See the last sentence of the rule, it concerns duration.

Wall of Death does D3 auto hits per weapon, not per shot.
My BA Flak Cannon wishes it worked that way.
