The Zenyata, Winston, and Reinhardt skins are fantastic. Would love to pull those, and I play all three of them (Zenyata has become my preferred support character, as you can actually defend yourself when your team won't, and his Orb of Discord isn't amazing, but it helps a lot).
I only really want the new Mercy skin/highlight intro. I wouldn't mind getting the new D.va skin/victory pose either

Welp. Both Mercy and Lucio are bugged/glitched. Especially Mercy. Her boost to friendlies, randomly stops. The game messes up that ability in your options randomly. Same with Lucio's crossfade. Overall, there came a lot of bugs and glitches with this new event update. The new game type is extremely unenjoyable... and I was excited fore CTF at first.

It isn't just them. I was getting shot through defense matrix as D.Va and getting killed by still frozen people, where even in the death cam, they were firing before becoming unfrozen. Not sure if it was just lag on one end or the other or not, but it was frustrating.

Hopefully so. I wound up with Stoneheart, which is a cruel kick to the shins...one of the two worst Reinhardt skins when he has a great one that is limited time only.

I f'ing love Rein's new weapon. Rocketized Shaolin Spade is baller.
I kinda hope they eventually allow you to mix'n'match the weapons you own between skins- so you could, say, have Stonehardt with Blackhardt's axe or the spade, or put SantaTorb's hammer on Woodclad. That'd be neat, I think.

That would remove some of the need for people to buy loot boxes and hurt Blizzard's revenue so it probably won't happen, but it would be nice if it did happen. Alternatively we could get 1/2 price from duplicates instead of the pittance we get now, at least the we could craft what we wanted.

That would be very nice; I think they just need to start varying up what you can get in these boxes. Realise that sprays are kinda pointless and add something in like individual weapon skins to stop the disappointment of getting nothing but sprays and voicelines.
I did get Mei's event skin and Victory pose today, so the boxes weren't all bad

You should get full price. That would also hurt, but we cannot trade duplicates or unwanted items. Which you CAN do with random physical items, like a baseball card pack.
i mean, Roadhog is big enough for the ENTIRE Overwatch cast

To add to my last post (hopefully so we can bin this development and move on); I really wish Blizzard would stop bending over backwards for people who complain about Overwatch's characters. it's got nothing to do with who these people are, or the nature of the complaint, but if Blizzard is really claiming this to be a "bug" and is trying to resolve it, they're getting no brownie points from me, and shouldn't from anyone. Just because people on the internet disagree/get upset with the way a developer has done something in their game doesn't mean you should change it to make them happy, especially when it's over something as trivial as a character's waist size (which isn't even up for debate since the concept art demonstrates this as being the "correct" size for that character). It spoils the vision that the artists and devs behind the game had when they created it, and I don't like that one bit.
If an artistic vision in a video game bothers you, voice that problem you have with it, but don't demand that the devs change it to suit you. Equally, don't change your artistic vision simply because people disagree with it.
Mei isn't even fat anyway; she has been mountaineering in the Himalayas, and before that she was exploring within the Arctic Circle - she must be pretty fit to survive that, and to run about in full protective gear with a drone on her back and what probably is a heavy piece of climate manipulation tech. So fething stupid
Now that that's done, I netted Ana's event skin, and Roadhog's. At least you're keeping me very pleased Blizzard

Yeah I've gotten, Ana's, Tracers and Zenyatta's skin and Roadhog's intro. So I'm okay. It only took me around 20 lootboxes sadly.
Ana's skin works so well with the "Shhh!" PotG intro. It's kinda like you're about to be kidnapped. (Could have made a candy van joke as Ana has the Candy Sprinkle emote to, but might be in bad taste...)
At the moment, I started to dabble into Comp. I got 4 wins and 2 losses. And each game was pretty great. Have gotten some great teammates. Hell, my first comp game got me POTG as Reinhardt.
Edit: Apparently the Mei skin was a small bug, causing her back/waist to be extremely thin. Not that I'd mind a whole lot. Mei's still A-Mei-Zing!
If it was a Tiny Rein... (whoo Tiny Rein!) or Roadhog, I'd be all over it.

You just know that everyone arguing in that second link is going to be 300 pounds minimum... But yeah, it doesn't quite make sense, the tiny waistedness. Mei was always more the "Velma" of Overwatch than the Daphne. :p
Honestly, as someone who's got a more than casual interest/knowledge base in Computer Animation- yeah, that does actually look like a bug.
It's not the skinniness, but rather her whole silhouette that's off- You can see that Snowball is at a different angle and her hips don't quite line up correctly, and her bust seems incorrectly proportioned as well- I think it was probably a slight scaling issue with her back, like they were saying.
I mean, yeah, this is one of the least bulky clothing options she's had, but it wouldn't slim down her chest and waist that much, especially with that heavy belt.
I'm wondering if that was the issue- someone mis-interpreted the belt's outer diameter for the inner character waist size, scaling things down in that fashion.

If it is a genuine bug, then I'd withdraw my earlier bit on the whole thing. However, given Blizzard's track record of giving into people on the internet when they're upset with how they did something (I'm sure you all remember the whole debacle over Tracer), I reckon they're just covering it up as a bug that wasn't fixed. You mean the bug on the skin you've been working on since early December? Right...
